The Australian Development Research Awards in African research is providing up to AU$8 million in funding for over two years.

AusAID scholarships for African students commencing their Masters or PhDs in 2014 are now open for application.

Courses in maternal, neonatal and child health in Africa will be delivered twice in 2013 to a total target of 30 participants. Countries eligible for these short course awards in 2013 are expected to be Ethiopia, Kenya South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda.
